Labyrinth Dedication at Children's Playground

The dedication of the Chico Community Labyrinth was attended by more than 100 members of our community on Friday, November 11th. The labyrinth offers a place to slow down in the midst of our busy daily lives to find inner peace, calmness and insight.
The donor recognition bricks surrounding the labyrinth are engraved with inspirational quotes, remembrance of loved ones, along with names of individuals, businesses, and organizations who contributed to the project. The labyrinth is adorned with five mosaic pedestal benches, providing a place to sit in reflection.

The labyrinth is a beautiful addition to our community and will be placed on the worldwide labyrinth locator as an additional attraction for tourists.

Donor recognition bricks installed and pathway entrance complete

During the past week, we have poured a concrete border and five bench pads around the labyrinth. We have installed the donor bricks, completed the paver pathway entrance and sealed the completed labyrinth with a polymer sand.

The labyrinth is truly work of art and will serve as a place for our community to come together in celebrations, memorials, healings, school field trips, and much more. It will be placed on the worldwide labyrinth locator and offer another attraction to tourists who visit our community.

We will be announcing the date of our dedication soon and invite the public to join us in celebrating this landmark for our community.
